The staff and location at the hotel were very good, everything was great. There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe in the room, loved that.

The hotel had a central location and it was a short walk to Lighthouse. The service was good, nothing to complain about, it was just what we needed.

The room was bright with a balcony and the staff was helpful. Its location was central, 500 feet from El Patio.

Simply decorated room, attentive service, prime location. I slept so comfy in the good bed. Superb fruit, butter, cereal and pastries supplied. The karaoke bar in the hotel had lots of cold wines and cocktails throughout the day. Loved Isla Mujeres, the venue was air-conditioned.

It was fairly clean with top notch customer service. We liked the public beach near our hotel. Our room had a large bed and a delightful view.

The party hotel was budget. Fresh food, great breakfast. Outstanding view, a great balcony, very comfy bed, too. Outstandingly accommodating staff, friendly check in. Tidy venue and amazing service.

Wi-Fi was pretty slow, made me a little nervous.

We had a PLEASANT ENOUGH experience. Tremendous personnel, absolutely perfect rooms. On site outdoor restaurant served appetising food. A beautiful beach, absolutely breathtaking view. Also, it was easy to get to a sizable beachside observation deck.

Cute hotel, useful staff and very pretty location. They made my stay fun. The breakfast was included. Excellent value for money for the area.

Stuff was enthusiastic, pool area was great, and breakfast was large. We've spent here 4 nights and our a double room was well heated. Furthermore, the area was nice safe...

This is a modest and spotless property with nice location and staff.

It was a 5-star hotel in every way. The restaurant was located within 600 feet.

Reasonable base for a 1-night stay. Air-conditioned room, everyone was friendly. Qubano, where you can eat, is within a walking distance of the hotel.

The location was great, with Asia Caribe nearby. We had a balcony. 4-star hotel in Isla Mujeres

a short walk to attractions, including playa norte. we ate at the poolside restaurant adjacent to the hotel.
